Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return email support@novufinds.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
